At Pryde AI (hereinafter “Pryde” or “We”), we respect the privacy of all our users and has established this Privacy Policy to show commitment to these rights and to safeguard your privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully since this document forms part of our Terms of Service and is legally binding when you use our App. Please refer to this Privacy Policy to find out how to contact us if you have any questions about the contents herein. By using our app, or other related services (hereinafter “Service”) you consent to the contents of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy was written in English (US). To the extent any translated version of Terms agreement conflicts against the English version, this English version prevails.

1. PRIVACY POLICY
When you visit any website or application, you provide a range of personal data to the website operator based on your actions. Pryde is no exception. While using this service, you should always be aware of the privacy policy of any website/ application. 
We will only use the personal data you share with us while using our service. Unless otherwise specified, we will not use your personal data for any other purposes. We will never sell your personal data to third parties, nor will we grant third parties access to your personal data unless required by our terms of service and/or this policy, or by legal obligations.
 
2. COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
We will not rent or sell your information to anyone. Communications with your virtual friend will not be shared with any other companies, except for our affiliates or legal representatives or services.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as some technical information obtained from your mobile device or web browser.
Here is a list of personal information collected and stored during your use of Pryde. Some of this information may be shared with service providers to assist us in providing your Pryde experience, as described for each of these services below. 
-Text messages sent to virtual friend: We collect and store it to improve the quality of text messages of virtual friend and to develop its AI. We can use external service to anonymously process this data.
- Usage data: We collect and store your usage data to track and analyze product metrics. When you use with the Pryde’s App or the Website. We use an external service to process usage data.

3. DEVICE INFORMATION
We collect certain information from the computer, mobile devices, and other network-connected devices you use to access Pryde. We unify this information across the different devices you use.
The device information also helps us conduct user research in terms of customer demographics, interests, and behaviors. This information cannot identify your personal identity. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics to current and potential business partners, as well as other third parties for legitimate purposes, to describe our services.
- Identifiers: Unique identifiers, including device ID.
- Device attributes: Information regarding operating system, hardware, and software versions, browser type.
- Data from device settings: Information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your camera or photos.
- Network and connections: Information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone.
- Cookie data: Data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings (only for the Website). Learn more about how we use cookies in the “Cookies” section.

4. COOKIES
We use analytics software packages from trusted third parties to continuously improve your browsing experience on our website/application. Our trusted partners assist us in providing advertising and analytics services, and they may place cookies on your device. Please read their privacy policies to ensure you are satisfied with how they use cookies.

c) Use of Firebase is subject to Firebase Privacy Policy.

5. MODE AND PLACE OF PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA
The data controller processes the personal data of Pryde users in an appropriate manner and takes adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction of personal data.
The processing of personal data is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, certain types of individuals may have access to personal data, such as those involved in the operation of the website (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) acting as data processors on behalf of the data controller when necessary.
Personal data is processed at the operating offices of the data controller and any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

6. RETENTION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to change or delete your personal data at any time by deleting your profile on the app.
You can also submit a request to our support team, and they will guide you through the entire process.
Personal data will be retained for the duration necessary to provide you with the services. You can request the data controller to suspend or delete your personal data at any time. If you wish to delete the personal data we have collected during your use of the application, please send a request to our support team. Processing your request may take some time to take effect. Thank you for your patience.
Please note that changes or deletions of your personal data will only affect the data in our database for future activities and management of future communications. These changes and deletions will not alter or remove any emails or personal data that may have already been forwarded to other users, credit card companies, or any other third parties, all of which are governed by this privacy policy.
Additionally, if you delete your personal data from the website/application but continue to use our other services, you may still receive emails from us regarding those services. However, we may choose to retain your personal data in accordance with legal requirements and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Please note that, even after termination of membership and deletion of any personal data, termination of any license granted hereunder, some content may continue to exist because of cached internet pages beyond the control of Pryde.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to replace, modify or amend this Privacy Policy at its own discretion. It is your responsibility to review this page and check for any Privacy Policy updates. Please note the latest modification date on the top of the Privacy Policy.

8. RIGHTS OF EU USERS
In addition to rights set out in this Privacy Policy, if you are in the European Union, as a data subject (a person whose personal information is collected, stored, and processed) you have several rights under GDPR:
- You have the right to obtain confirmation if your personal information is being processed by us. If that is the case, you can access your personal information and the following information: (a) the purposes of the processing; (b) the categories of personal information; (c) to whom the personal information has been or will be disclosed; (d) the envisaged period for which the personal information will be stored, or the criteria used to determine that period.
If you would like to have a copy of your personal information from us, we will provide it based on (1) you will prove your identity, (2) it will not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
- You have the right to demand that we erase your personal information, and we shall erase it without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies: (a) this personal information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were processed; (b) you withdraw consent if the processing was based on your consent, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing; (c) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; (d) your personal information has been unlawfully processed; (e) your personal information is to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.
- You have the right to receive your personal information which you provided us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another company, where: (a) the processing is based on your consent or on a contract; and (b)the processing is carried out by automated means.

This Privacy Policy is closely related to the services of Pryde you use. We encourage you to read it carefully and make appropriate choices in accordance with this Privacy Policy when necessary. By using or continuing to use Pryde, you agree to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. You signify and guarantee that you will never generate any databases, websites, software, legal entities, and services that compete with Pryde. Such behavior will be fully investigated, and necessary legal action will be carried out, including, without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
The acceptance of this Privacy Policy and applicable Terms of Use are considered as a pre-condition for the use of Pryde and our services.
